Eva Supremacy ("the Platform") is operated by Kreative Web Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 years and over only. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to terminate any account where we reasonably believe the age requirement has not been met.

Eva Supremacy provides the following digital services:

• AI Chat — Interactive chat sessions with "Eva", an AI persona powered by artificial intelligence, available at varying levels based on subscription tier.
• Blog — Articles and content authored and generated by AI, with some content restricted to higher subscription tiers.
• Subscriptions — Tiered access plans (Free, Supporter, Empire, Inner Circle) providing different levels of platform access.
• Marketplace — Digital products and services available for purchase.
• Tasks & Tributes — Gamified engagement features including task assignments and voluntary one-time tribute payments.

All AI interactions on the Platform are for entertainment purposes only. Eva is a fictional AI persona, not a real person. AI-generated responses should not be taken as personal, financial, legal, medical, or professional advice of any kind.

We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features and pricing. Current pricing and tier details are displayed on our Subscription page. All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars).

Subscriptions are billed monthly via CentroBill, our third-party payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your subscription tier until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.

Charges will appear on your bank or card statement as Kreative Web Solutions.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Any price changes will apply from the next billing cycle following notification.

Tributes are voluntary one-time payments made by users as part of the Platform's gamified engagement system. Tributes are non-refundable once processed.

Penalty payments associated with the task system are also voluntary and non-refundable once processed.

The Marketplace offers digital products and services. Pricing is displayed on individual product listings on our Marketplace page. All payments are processed via CentroBill.

Subscriptions: All subscription payments are final. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Tributes: Tributes are voluntary one-time payments and are non-refundable.

Marketplace purchases: Digital goods are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. No refunds are provided once delivery is complete. If a purchased product or service is not delivered, please contact us for resolution.

All products and services on the Platform are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

• Subscription access: Activated instantly upon successful payment.
• Chat access: Available immediately based on your subscription tier.
• Blog and content access: Available immediately based on your subscription tier.
• Marketplace digital products: Delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Platform or attempt to manipulate AI systems
• Engage in illegal activities through the Platform
• Share, redistribute, or publicly reproduce content generated during private chat sessions
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Platform's operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.

You may request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings page. Upon requesting deletion:

• A 7-day cooling-off period applies, during which you may cancel the deletion request from your settings.
• During the cooling-off period, access to chat and empire features will be restricted.
• After the grace period, your account and all associated data (chat history, tasks, uploaded media, profile information) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Payment records (tributes and marketplace orders) will be anonymised rather than deleted, as required for UK tax and financial record-keeping obligations (7-year retention).
• Active subscriptions will be cancelled automatically upon deletion.

Administrators may also delete user accounts immediately or with the standard grace period, in accordance with our operational requirements.

All content on the Platform, including AI-generated content, blog posts, images, design, and code, is owned by Kreative Web Solutions Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Content you submit to the Platform (such as chat messages and task attachments) remains your property. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, store, and use such content as necessary to provide and improve our services.

Eva is a fictional AI persona powered by artificial intelligence. All chat interactions and blog content are generated by AI language models in real time. Eva is not a real person.

AI-generated content is provided for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You should not rely on AI-generated responses for personal, financial, legal, medical, or professional decisions.

Despite safeguards, AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate content. The Platform includes a consent framework with a personal safeword system that allows users to immediately break character during any interaction. You can set your safeword in your account settings.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Kreative Web Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
